The administrative council would like your input. You may complete this survey in two different ways. You can go to http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TB5HCL5 and complete the survey online.
You can also, complete the written survey and return to the church office before Friday, October 14th. The written survey can be found at the end of the October Newsletter. Just print the last two pages of the newsletter, fill out the survey, and return it to the church office before October 14th.
